- Editions purchased before cancellation
Cancellations are effective immediately and apply to all future editions not yet purchased. An edition (or a series of editions) of My e-Newsletter is considered to be purchased on the date of your payment for that edition or series of editions. Any editions purchased on the day of or prior to cancellation are non-refundable, and will be produced and emailed. - Cancelling a monthly subscription
If you cancel a monthly subscription, all future payments and unpaid editions will be discontinued. You will receive your final paid edition, even if you cancel your subscription before it is completed. If you would prefer not to receive a final, paid edition, just let us know. Paid editions of My e-Newsletter are nonrefundable, regardless of production status. - Cancelling an annual subscription
Annual subscriptions are discounted bulk orders of 12 editions purchased at one time. If you cancel prior to the end of your 12-month subscription period, you will receive all purchased editions remaining in your subscription. Paid annual subscriptions are nonrefundable, regardless of the production status of the editions. - Cancelling after payment is Initiated
Our merchant service provider may initiate payments up to two business days before your scheduled payment date. If you cancel one or two days prior to a scheduled payment, it’s possible that the payment may already be processed. If this happens, and you do not wish to receive the product, please contact us within three business days of the payment for a refund. If the payment is for a single, monthly edition, it is nonrefundable after three business days and will be produced as normal. If the payment is for an annual subscription, the first edition is nonrefundable after three business days and will be produced; however, we can issue a pro-rated refund for editions that have not been produced or entered into production, if you contact us within 90 days. This policy is only applicable to cancellations received one or more days prior to a scheduled payment. - Questions about cancellations?
